How to Use: Apply 3 pea-sized dabs to forehead, cheeks and chin, focusing on troubled areas, using the included spatula. Avoid getting into the eyes. Apply nightly, before bed. If you are new to Retinol, start off 2-3 times a week before building up to nightly use.
